Prices and Payment Procedures:
Our prices are based on a minimum of participants in a certain activity.
Neither our prices, nor availability of booked places or equipment are binding until you have written confirmation from Fluid Adventures Panama and things are subject to change without prior notice.

To receive a booking confirmation Fluid Adventures Panama requires a down payment of 50% of the agreed prices by wire transfer.

Total Balance due 60 days prior to trip.

Refund Policy
Cancellations have to be made in writing.
Cancellations made 30 day prior to trip are eligible for 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to trip are NOT eligible for a refund.
